I'm writing here because I don't know what else to do and maybe someone has been through something similar or has some advice.
. On December 20th, my account was suddenly suspended/banned. I didn't receive a clear explanation or a specific reason at the time of the ban.
On December 20, 2025, I sent an email to support from the email associated with my account, explaining the situation and requesting a review.
Several weeks have passed and I haven't received any response, not even an acknowledgment, ticket number, or update. I understand that December and January are busy times due to holidays, but this situation is causing me a lot of anxiety because I can't work or earn any income while I wait.
I've always been careful with the rules, I don't have any serious history or recent warnings, which is why the complete silence is so disconcerting.
