My Chaturbate accounts were suspended between December 31st and January 1st. I created a new account using new documents (legal name change). As a result, both accounts were suspended. My nickname is life_is_one and _elison_

Please help me understand:
what exactly happened;
what steps I can take to rectify the situation or provide additional information if needed.

You created a new account with new ID. The facial recognition used now for verification flagged you for having 2 different identities .

Now you must have some patience while this gets investigated by CB.

I hope you have contacted support@chaturbate.com first as that is the only way for this to get fixed. Here you will only get "support has received your email and it is being looked into or "support has responded to you"

I'm not Melissa.

Why the hostility and name calling? I only answered their question on why it may have happened and what needs to be done to hopefully reverse the decision by CB. The only way that can be done is by talking to the actual support people from CB and not here on a forum that has nothing to do with CB or their decisions.

Not a single negative thing was said by me.
