IsLive / ClubIsLive not paying final balance after account closure (€54.24) – any owner's contacts?

Hi everyone,
I’m posting to ask for advice and to warn others.

I decided to close my IsLive / ClubIsLive account mainly because the payout percentage is very low compared to other platforms I work with (some pay up to 90% to models, while IsLive is around 25%). and support confirmed that my final remaining balance is €54.24. I was told the payout would be processed on January 21.

Since then:

  • The account is fully closed
  • The payout has not been received
  • Follow-up emails are no longer answered
  • No payment confirmation or SEPA transaction reference was provided
I’ve been communicating with support (staff member Iryna), but communication has now stopped completely.
The company is based in the Netherlands, so my next step will be EU consumer protection, but I wanted to check here first in case someone has direct experience or escalation contacts.

Thanks in advance for any insight.
