Urgent review request – studio account suspension caused by former operator access

We are writing to request an urgent review of our studio account suspension.
One of our model accounts was banned due to the use of prohibited language. After internal investigation, we discovered that this violation was caused by a former operator, who accessed the model’s account without authorization shortly before we changed the password. Unfortunately, this access happened before we were able to fully revoke credentials after terminating cooperation with this operator.

As soon as we became aware of the situation, we took immediate action:

• The operator was permanently removed and no longer has access to any accounts
• Passwords and security credentials were changed
• Internal security procedures were strengthened to prevent any recurrence
  
  We want to clearly state that this behavior does not reflect our studio’s standards or policies, and we take Chaturbate’s rules very seriously. The violation was not intentional and not performed by the model herself or by current studio staff.

At the moment, the suspension of the studio account is affecting multiple models who were not involved in this incident. We kindly ask you to review the situation and consider reinstating the studio account, or at least advising us on the next steps we can take to resolve this matter properly.
We are fully willing to cooperate, provide explanations, and implement any additional compliance measures required by Chaturbate.
