Permanent ban

Hi everyone, my friend told me to make a post here and tag @punker barbie
Shortly, on my Da_scin cb account I messed up and asnwered the question I shouldn't, but I realized it very soon and tried to fix it. Asked this user to stop it and finished with "if you continue this topic then someone of us will be banned" but at the end it was me who banned. I'm waiting for reply from the support for third week and still getting only auto-response messages

@punker barbie I really don't want to spamming but I'm waiting for reply from the support since 10th of January. it's been almost 5 years how I'm streaming on Chaturbate and this is my main income so timing is really important for me

FYI, Chaturbate's support works at their own pace. Absolutely NOTHING you say will make any difference in the matter; ie, mama is sick, lolo is dying, dog ate my homework, etc. Good luck in the resolution of your case.

Sounds a bit harsh but I had to laugh. It's true though. And I say it not because I think people are always lying but because I find it better to think of CB as a no-human entity devoid of feelings. It doesn't hurt to have your account in good standing when they're reviewing and assessing the risk of lifting the ban though.

@Dascin you may want to take a look at this. For now, don't send them more messages.
If the question was about something very sensitive and by answering it you mean you actually entertained the idea (even if briefly) it won't matter if you later tried to correct it and the ban would likely stand. Hard to know without knowing the question and the answer. Anyway, it's better that you wait to hear what is going to happen from support itself.
