Hello ACF, I'm hoping I can get some help here
I age verified on CB using the new system and shortly after was banned with no clear reason why. An email has been sent to support but have not had anything other than an auto-reply for almost 3 weeks.
I spent time reading the ToS, I am confident that no terms have been violated so I am currently left wondering what has triggered the ban or if this is a bug with the new verification system.
I really hope someone from CB can help me out here as it is a very confusing situation...
