I'm having trouble receiving my payouts. When transferring payouts for the period from January 16th to January 31st, 2026, I had problems receiving the funds, and my only option was to return them to Chaturbate. Support provided me with a return address, and they were successfully returned. Now I can't receive them, even though all the issues on my end have been resolved. I have all the transfer confirmation information and can provide it. Please help me with this issue.

You sent me a cryptocurrency transfer, but due to an error, I was unable to receive the funds.
