First Offense Ban

@punker barbie I could use your help! I had an incident while doing a private show and my account has been banned. I submitted a help desk ticket explaining that the incident was not something that I was intentionally trying to happen. I've never received a warning just a ban. I always strive to put on clean, appropriate shows and would continue to do so if I can resume activity on my account. Can you please assist me?

@punker barbie Hi! Thank you my account is back active. However I am not able to send tokens or convert them to cash. I have submitted a new support ticket. Im not sure what is preventing me from spending or converting. It shows the balance of 2,000 tokens but it does not allow me to anything with them. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Wait for your reply from support. Don't send new emails. Tickets are answered in the order they are received.
