Account banned- NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT for 3 WEEKS+

my account si banned and i dont know the reason why?
i never received any email explaining the specific reason.

i have contacted the suppport@chaturbate.com multiple times.
it has now been over 3 weeks now, and i have not received any response at all.

i also want to know whether this ban is considered final?
this is my first ban, and im willing to provide any clarification or verification needed.

i really want to have my account reviewed so i can continue working on the platform in full compliance with the rules.
this is my main source of income to support myself, please help me.
