I haven’t gotten any responses back and I’m still banned. Are there anyways that I’m able to get back on the platform? I was in psychosis but going through therapy and trying to come back.

I understand how that can be considered personal details but that doesn’t actually give away my personal information…?

It doesn't get much more personal than that. Be extremely careful with your choice of words with any communication regarding your account to avoid a "protective ban." Sometimes accounts are placed in a "protective suspension" for concerns of self-harm, due to depressive thoughts or some such thing. This typically requires time-off from camming and/or counseling, therapy, etc. It might also include necessitating a counseling verification of said therapy. These suspensions typically last several months at a minimum, even with said counseling.
