Hi @punker barbie, my account was banned during a live stream on 25th December and I still haven’t received any response from support; I’ve worked here for over two years and have always been careful to follow TOS.I’m not sure what I did wrong 
I’ve always been so careful to follow the rules and even tell people during stream I won’t do something that’s against tos).
And this sudden ban has stopped my six-year-old daughter’s studies and affected my ability to care for my mother, who is a serious kidney patient—I’m going through a very difficult time and truly asking for help
