Hello everyone. I've run into a problem: my Master_oil account has been blocked.
Here’s what happened: I came home from a night shift and couldn’t fall asleep, so I decided to go live, but soon realized I was too tired. The stream was March 11 and lasted less than an hour; I had no viewers, and as far as I can remember, I didn’t even get a chance to talk to anyone. After I rested, I checked my page and saw a message there about the block and a suggestion to contact support. I submitted a form on the site to clarify the reason. No one has responded to me since March 11; yesterday I replied to the automated response from support with a reminder. Those were my two inquiries, and that’s all.
Someone suggested that I could turn to this forum for help. I don’t know what might have caused the ban, but all my guesses seem pretty silly, and I don’t think I did anything against the rules. I’ve been using this platform for over five years now and I understand the rules. I was blocked before, but I filed an appeal and everything was resolved.
