Account banned and support don’t response 20+ days

Hello everyone. I've run into a problem: my account Master_oil has been blocked

My mail is my.oil.say@gmail.com

Here's what happened: I came home from a night shift and couldn't fall asleep, so I decided to go live, but soon realized I was too tired. The stream was March 11 and lasted less than an hour; I had no viewers, and as far as l can remember, I didn't even get a chance to talk to anyone. After I rested, I checked my page and saw a message there about the block and a suggestion to contact support. I submitted a form on the site to clarify the reason. No one has responded to me since March 11; 3 days ago I replied to the automated response from support with a reminder. Those were my two inquiries, and that's all.


Someone suggested that I could turn to this forum for help. I don't know what might have caused the ban, but all my guesses seem pretty silly, and I don't think I did anything against the rules. I've been using this platform for over five years now and I understand the rules. I was blocked before, but I filed an appeal and everything was resolved.

I hope you can help me out a little. Thanks for reading this.

@punker barbie i understand situation and may i do misstake, but now i wait 20 +days and don’t have any answer. I hope I can improve and return to work, this is my main source of income now and I would really like to resolve the situation

Nope , maybe my eyes come to close by 10-20 second , and wheb i feel it i close my session and turn off my boardcast

Oh… i hope i get answer, just it serious for me. Why so long ? Before when i ask support by another situation( payments) - they answer for 1-3 days …


Did my situation look like permanent ban or not ? Sorry just a bit scared, that is work and not a hobbie for me

Unless it's a repeated offense it's not a permanent ban for sleeping on cam -- it was actually once allowed, but consent laws changed and it became a violation. That said, there are certain offenses that have an automatic ban period and I believe this is one of them. It's a very stern warning to never do it again.
