My account was banned because an adult friend who already has a Chaturbate account (but is not verified) appeared on my account. I’ve already emailed support but haven’t received a reply yet. You will have to get them to verify their account & also have them verefied on your account. to get your ban lifted. Anyone that shows on your cam needs to be verified on your account.
