I’m reaching out regarding my account ban, as I’m genuinely confused about the reason behind it. I’m new to the platform and have been doing my best to follow all of the rules and guidelines.
I have not knowingly violated any policies, and I have not been given any clear explanation for what I may have done wrong. The only issue I can recall is a prior warning about having another person on camera, but I was alone at the time. The only possible explanation I can think of is that my TV was playing in the background, and it may have appeared as though someone else was present.
I take the platform’s rules seriously and would never intentionally break them. I would really appreciate it if you could clarify what led to my ban so I can better understand and avoid any issues in the future.
Additionally, I currently have tokens/earnings on my account that I have not yet received. I would appreciate an update on the status of my payout and how this will be handled given the account ban. I really want my account back
