My account on Chaturbate was banned on March 28, 2026.
My username is blackbarbieinthecity
The reason for the ban stated was "Racial Slurs are not permitted on the Chaturbate Platform" which is a very vague reason and provides me no details of why I was banned.
I submitted a request form on
the CB website on March 29, 2026.
I recieved no response. I sent a follow up email to support@chaturbate.com on April 2, 2026. Still I did not get a response from the CB Support Team. Today April 9, 2026 I sent a 2nd follow up email to the CB Support team. It has been 9 business days since I was banned on CB.
I was not given a ticket number for my CB request.
I am a new user and I created my account on March 27, 2026. I have 1101 Tokens on my CB account.
I am taking responsibility as I was naive before and since my ban I decided to go over the terms and conditions on CB.
I am regretful for not conducting myself with professionalism on the CB platform.
I think I am justified to say that since I am a Black Canadian, my use of the n word has less harm. But that is not an excuse, I am just trying to provide you some information about myself.
