Good evening, I'm back here with a post to explain my problem with Chaturbate and why I was banned and I haven't received a response since Saturday regarding my problem that I want to resell.


I met a person on another video chat site and we started talking, it seemed like we got along really well, this person being from the same city suggested that we chat as a couple on sites including Chaturbate, later I agreed with her and said we could try, being a beginner model who works from home I didn't know much about the terms and conditions of Chaturbate, I started video chatting on the Chaturbate platform and 3 other sites let us know that the person I appeared with in front of the camera was permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform, she told me after I was banned and because of her I sent a few emails to Chaturbate but the only response I got from them was to register the person I appeared with in front of the camera to restart my account to do some shit, I checked the person I started chatting with on the couple and I was banned, but again I didn't know that this person was banned until after registered on my account, please give me another chance, help me work on chaturbate again, the name on the site is shadowsweety, although I sent many emails I have not received any response, please give me another chance because I will never broadcast with anyone on camera again

Good evening, I have sent several emails related to my shadowsweety account to the chaturbate support team for 2 weeks, my problem related to my chaturbate account has not yet been resolved, after the support gave me confirmation that I will no longer appear with the person I appeared with in front of the camera, I did not receive any solution, later I created an account with the username Alexaporn09 and I sent an email related to the fact that every time I create an account it says that I am not eligible, please help me solve the problem related to the suspension of the account because I have not had a response for about 2 weeks, thank you , plz help me @punker barbie

Hi, he fact you sent several messages could have impacted the waiting time you're experiencing. They state it right there--on the several automated responses you should have gotten--"...sending multiple messages may delay our response."

From what you wrote, it'd seem that support already answered you once and gave you instructions to follow. Is this correct? If it is, how many messages have you sent since and when was the last one?

Stop making new accounts--you won't be allowed to stream on any account until your current situation resolves. Also, it could be seen by the site as trying to do "ban evasion" which is a violation in itself and can make things worse for you.

This was the last message from them, after they didn't respond after I confirmed, then I waited until the 27th and sent another email hoping that maybe they would respond and I still didn't have a response from them, I didn't know that the person in question had been banned in the past, I met her on another site, only to later find out that she was from my city and she came up with the proposal to do it together, after my account was banned she told me that she was actually banned on chaturbate I don't know how she registered again I just know that the situation I'm in is not my fault

I'm sorry to say it, but it is actually your fault the situation you're in. Better to own it and learn from it.

The good news is that everything seems to point to you getting your account back. The not so good news is that you could probably be streaming by now already but then you sent that second message on the 27th.

They already told you they'll lift the ban--so now you wait, no more messages. They will get back to you when they're ready.
