Dear @punker barbie, help me with a problem I'm having.. Started the stream, set up the equipment, didn't have time to do anything and I got banned from the platform. The reason given is that I am not an adult, although the documents were provided quite a long time ago and I was streaming normally. I added my documents to my account again for confirmation, but that didn't solve the problem. I wrote to support, but they never gave me an answer.

Dear @punker barbie, help me with a problem I'm having. My account was banned right in the middle of the stream, the reason is not clear to me and I don’t know what to do, can I get an answer from support as soon as possible, at least find out what my mistake was and whether it can be corrected somehow. Hi, you'll know the reason along with the outcome of your appeal when support answer you--this usually takes between a couple of days and a couple of weeks. Don't send them multiple messages as this may delay their response.
Neither the rep, or anybody else on the forum, can help you to expedite your case. Good luck.
