Banned studio account

Hello; my studio account was banned in february together with several model accounts
It was suspicious since they started rejecting my passwords and do not send emails even for account password reset
I was not paid the money they owe and am still stranded
My studio name is studiolux_

I contacted support with no reply for since february; just the other day its like they deleted it since i cant login nor change password
