I tried to upload my documents to my new account Bettyheaven , but unfortunately I could not complete verification because my documents appear to be blocked.
The reason for this situation is related to my old studio account. I previously worked with a studio, but after I left and stopped working there, the studio continued using that account without my knowledge or permission.
They started a broadcast on that studio account using my documents together with another man, a person I have absolutely no connection with. This was done after I had already left the studio, and I was no longer involved with that account in any way.
Later, support informed me that another person appeared on the broadcast connected to my documents, but this was not me, and I am not responsible for the actions performed on that studio account after I left.
I kindly ask you to please review my situation manually and help unblock my documents so I can verify my new personal account and continue working normally.
