Studio sub-account token transfers stuck, no support reply for 12 days

@punker barbie Hello, sorry for tagging you directly, but I’m trying to get help with a support ticket that has had no real answer for 12 days.

I contacted Chaturbate Support on April 27 about a studio token transfer issue. I only received the automatic confirmation email, but no actual response since then.

The problem is that tokens are not being transferred from our studio sub accounts to the main studio account. First it happened with kira0541, and now the same issue is happening with anabel054.

Affected sub accounts: kira0541, anabel054

This is becoming a serious issue for us because we cannot continue working normally while the tokens are stuck. Could you please help check this or escalate it to the right support team?

I can send the ticket number privately if needed.

@punker barbie I don’t want to be annoying or pushy and thank you for replying but quite a bit of time has already passed since your message and now it’s already the next day. We still haven’t received any response from support and the tokens still have not been transferred to the studio account. Thank you again for your help we really appreciate it.🩷
