Today I created a new Chaturbate account, and to my surprise, it says:
"This person is ineligible to broadcast. Please contact..."
I don't understand why this happened because I haven't done anything wrong. I previously had two accounts that were managed by my former studio, and I don't know what they may have done with those accounts after I left the studio.
Could you please help me understand why I'm not eligible to broadcast and what I need to do to resolve this issue?
I have already emailed support, but I haven't received a ticket number or any confirmation that my request was received.
