Need Help Understanding Permanent Ban After Recently Recovering My Chaturbate Account

I’m posting here because I honestly don’t know what else to do and I’m hoping someone may have advice or a similar experience regarding banned accounts on Chaturbate. My username is @emmawatsoons, I was told to tag @punker barbie hoping she can help me regarding with this issue.


My account was previously suspended, but after contacting support and going through the process, I was finally able to recover it recently. Because of that, I believed everything on my account had already been reviewed and resolved.


However, not long after recovering the account, I suddenly found out that my account was permanently banned. What confuses me the most is that I was just recently reinstated, so I don’t understand why they would permanently ban the account afterward without any clear explanation.


I genuinely feel like there may have been some kind of error or mistake related to my account review. If there was actually another issue, I wish they would at least explain specifically what caused the permanent ban, especially since the account had already been restored from suspension before.


I’ve already emailed support again asking for clarification and a possible review, but I’m still waiting for more information. I’m trying to stay respectful and cooperative because I truly want to resolve this properly.


Has anyone here experienced something similar?

They did explain it.

"The attempted use or presentation of falsified identification through digital or physical alteration"

That is a zero tolerance violation so permanent ban is the result.


The suspension was because of using digital filters or applications to alter physical appearance to appear as someone other than the verified broadcaster.

You will not be able to stream on CB anymore so you will need to look at some other platforms

I'm going to ask the obvious question--did you present a false or altered ID? This could be something like faded or blurry data retraced with ink, using tape or glue to patch it up--literally anything that was not on the original form of the ID (even a smiley sticker).

They don't care if you acted in good faith or not--so if this is the case, then for them you committed a violation and it would be wise to stop wasting your time and theirs.

Now, if the ID you presented is legitimate and not altered in any way, then it must be an error. If you think this is the case, you should provide them with proof of it--high quality clear pictures of your ID and of you holding it--no makeup, the closer you can resemble your look on the ID's pic.

Note that permanent bans are rarely overturned, so even if it was an error, they might not be willing to review your case again. Despite that, I'd say it's worth the try as you couldn't get any worse outcome than the one you already have. Good luck.
