Who is not able to stream anymore , it keeps saying connecting 1,2,3 and she unable to broadcast. She tried contacting support but no response. Sadly she deleted her support ticket 😅

She is not banned or anything, but she can't broadcast , its just stuck on that.

We are unable to discuss account details with anyone except the account holder.

Hello punker barbie. Here is model vilo_cb_425 Would it be possible to speed up the response from support please? When the broadcast starts, it keeps telling me please wait 10 9 8 7 6..it's been going on for more than 48 hours. I've tried everything, even turning it on via phone. It worked a few times, but only for a moment. Out of 200 attempts, it worked 3 times. Thank you for your help

I did. I've already written them 4 messages. Still no response. So I want to see if Puker Barbie can help me get a response faster.
Emails are handled in the order received, so sending multiple messages on the same inquiry may delay our response.

They cannot. That account is much like a carrier pigeon -- it simply relays the message and does not get involved in the case itself. Sending multiple messages like that puts you back at the end of the message queue as the system considers it to be a new inquiry. You'll have to be patient. I know it's hard but that's just how it is.
