Hi! For reference my account is called SundayGoth and my broadcast partner’s account is called NikoDoll, but we have only streamed on my account so far. I was told tagging @punker barbie would help get this post seen. 
Anyways. A week or two ago I got a ban on my account but after a couple days it was lifted. When I got ban Niko wasn’t even present in the broadcast at all. When we went to stream Niko’s information had a big read bar that said “this person is ineligible to stream”, I’m not sure why she was punished because she wasn’t even present on the stream I got in trouble for.
She removed her information and redid verification. Verification got approved but it still says “this person is ineligible to stream “ with no further information. She contacted support, they asked for her username and she gave it to them, and they have not replied since. It’s been almost a week and we really want to be able to stream this weekend, so if anyone from the admin team could provide us some help I’d really appreciate it! Thank you)!
