Hello, after the stream, we received a document ban on a couple's account. One person's documents were added, and the other was invited by nickname. Everything was fine up until that point, but after the last stream, we received a document ban. All participants were age-checked and are listed on the website, but the broadcast page says "add documents." We added the document of the person listed by nickname, but nothing helped. Support isn't responding, even though the website says "contact support." I don't fully understand the reason for this ban, since we went through document verification, but I suspect I accidentally started the broadcast on a different account where this person wasn't added as a guest.. It lasted about a minute when I realized I was broadcasting from a different account, after which I turned it off and on the other account where we had our last broadcast without any problems. Unfortunately, support is not responding, I ask you @punker barbie help us in this situation, thank you
