I would really appreciate your help with checking the status of my request, as I haven't received a reply from support yet.

The situation: on my broadcaster registration page my person record is marked "This person is ineligible to broadcast. Please contact support@chaturbate.com", even though my most recent ID submission is shown as Approved. Several of my earlier submissions of the same document type are also Approved.
Some of my earlier submissions were uploaded as a passport and came back as "Unsupported". I had to replace my previous passport after losing it, which is why there are submissions with two different documents belonging to the same person. I assume this is what triggered the flag.
I am the only person on the account, I am well over 18, and I have signed the Independent Broadcaster Agreement. Nobody else appears on my stream. I have not uploaded anything further since the approved submission, to avoid adding to the queue.
Could you please check the status of my ticket and let me know what is required to clear the ineligible flag? I am happy to provide any additional verification through the secure upload form.
