I am unable to broadcast

My age and ID verification are fully approved on my account dashboard. However, whenever I try to start my broadcast, the system blocks the stream and displays the error 'Person Ineligible'. I am the sole account holder and the person on camera matches the approved ID on file, so this appears to be a facial recognition or system glitch. Please review my verification status and clear this block so I can go live

My account is showing “Person Ineligible” even though my ID verification was approved.
Here are my details:

Person code: uDa0Hh

I uploaded my valid Philippines ID, and the most recent upload was marked Approved, but the system still shows me as ineligible to broadcast.

May I kindly request a manual review so my broadcaster status can be activated?

I'd say that's the problem - camming isn't legal in your location, so the site won't allow you to broadcast.
