I have been very happy using Chaturbate because it allows me to earn money and pay my expenses. However, lately I feel like my account is being sabotaged by your automated system. I have now lost more than a month of work because of this ongoing issue.
Whenever I am broadcasting, a message appears asking me to submit an age verification. As soon as I receive the 5-minute warning, I immediately upload my ID and take the required selfie. Once I finish, the system confirms that my verification has been successfully submitted.
Then I receive an email telling me to check the status, and when I do, it clearly says that my age verification has been approved.
So how is it possible that, only 10 minutes later, my account gets suspended?
When I check the reason for the suspension, it says that I did not submit my age verification. That makes absolutely no sense because the system itself already approved it.
At first, the suspensions lasted 3 hours. Then they became 23 hours, then 72 hours, then around 170 hours—I don't even remember anymore. Every single time, I submit my verification correctly and on time.
I have contacted Support many times and have even provided proof that my verification shows as approved. Unfortunately, no human being seems to actually read my messages or investigate the problem. Instead, I only receive an automated AI response saying that my account was reviewed and that I failed to submit my age verification on time.
That response is simply false.
This feels very disrespectful because the AI is replying without considering the evidence I provide.
I am respectfully asking that a real person please review my case and investigate what is happening with my account.
There is another issue as well. Every time I checked my verification status, I noticed that the website had saved more than 70 face verifications. Then, for almost two weeks, whenever I tried to submit a new age verification, the system told me that I could not submit one because I had reached the verification limit.
Could someone please delete that verification history?
Because of this problem, I was forced to create another account (using my own legitimate personal information) just so I could complete the verification process again. That workaround allowed me to broadcast normally for about two months.
Now the AI has started causing the exact same problem again and is ruining my account.
I always broadcast alone. I am the only person appearing on my broadcasts. I fully comply with your verification requirements every single time.
Please, I sincerely ask that a human representative review my case instead of relying on automated AI responses.
