Payment trouble

@punker barbie Hiii! So I’ve received two payments from CB and the last one I hadn’t received yet so I emailed them asking what was going on. That’s when they informed me I had to do a W9. Have I not emailed them I would never have been told this I’m assuming…. so it said once I submit the form my payment will be released. I immediately emailed the form in and a couple days later I realized I was able to do the daily payout so I switched my banking info because I didn’t want it going to that account which triggered a message saying that the funds from before the W9 we’re going to be held and deposited with the daily payout, but it so happened that the regular pay period also ended within four days so they were gonna wait to do it all at one time. It’s now been a week since the pay period ended and I’ve not received an email that I have had any payment released to be deposited into my account and CB will not email me back and this is like $950! What do I do! My username on CB is seeusinurdreams

That’s my rent money so I’m having to move out most likely because it still hasn’t been paid… I don’t understand why I haven’t gotten the money 😭 I have sent in my W-9 I just need to be told what I need to do.
