I am writing this post because I am trying to restart my career as an independent model, but I have hit a major roadblock with Chaturbate's ID verification system and desperately need some help to clear my name.
Here is my situation:
1. About 2 years ago, I used to work for a webcam studio. While I was there, the account they set up for me (Username: mariangel__milf) was banned. I never received an official notification or explanation for the ban, and since the studio managed everything, I never got a chance to appeal it.
2. I have since left that studio and I am now working 100% independently from home.
3. Last year, I attempted to create a brand new, independent account using my Passport. However, my verification was automatically rejected.
4. I strongly believe the system is cross-referencing my identity/biometrics with the National ID (Cédula de Ciudadanía) that the studio used to register me back then, which is now permanently blocking me from working on the platform.
I am a professional, independent creator now. All I want is to request the unlinking of my ID documents from that old, banned studio account so I can successfully verify my new independent account and fully comply with all of Chaturbate's terms.
@punker barbie , could you please help me look into my case or guide me on how to appeal this ID block? I have all my legal documents (Passport and National ID) ready to prove my identity and verify myself.
