Account banned

Yesterday I tried to log in and it said my account was suspended for this reason:

We were alerted that there may be a potential safety concern. You have been suspended to ensure that you are okay.
Please contact support for further assistance.

A few hours later my account was banned for violating terms and conditions. To my knowledge, I haven't done anything wrong, there must be a mistake! I have a second account I also use, and that one was banned today too. I filed a ticket, but have yet to receive a response - accounts both accounts were banned with tokens on them... @punker barbie can you please help me and see if someone can respond to my ticket?

Thanks so much!!! First account was unbanned, I really appreciate you - this was a way faster turnaround than I thought it would be. For the second account it is still banned - should I file another support ticket for it?

Also, I'm not sure exactly how to view the support ticket, so I didn't see the response from CB - mind giving me a nudge in the right direction?
