2weeks and no reply for temporary suspension

2weeks ago my account was suspended for:

• We were alerted that there may be a potential safety concern. You have been suspended to ensure that you are okay. Please contact support for further assistance.

I haven't had a response from the CB support team. I don't know what the concern is nor what the possible offense could be. The last time this occurred it was for safety concerns luckily it resolved in 3 days. That time I did not get an explanation other than it was a mistake. I am still in the dark.
