Unable to send tips! Chaturbate.

My chaturbate username is modjo_
Since past week, when I tried to send tokens appears and advice that in resume says, my profile is unable to send tips.
I sent emails to chaturbate support but they haven't answered.
I'm worried cause I need to use my tokens.
