I am contacting you on behalf of our studio regarding one of our model’s accounts.

Previously, we attempted to complete the identity verification process for this model, but the application was declined due to a visible bruise on her face at the time of submission. As a result, the account was not approved.

Now, some time has passed, and the model would like to proceed with verification again. Her appearance is now fully normal, and there are no longer any issues that could affect the verification process.

However, when accessing her existing account, we no longer see the option to re-upload documents or continue the verification process. There is also no visible status indicating that the user was previously declined.

We would prefer not to create a new account, as the model already has an existing profile linked to our studio.

Could you please assist us in restoring the option to upload documents again or advise on how we can resubmit them for verification?
