I sincerely apologize for the issue that happened with my account. I helped a friend create an account using my email during setup, but I did not realize it could affect my own account. That account was later banned, and afterward my own account became marked as ineligible as well.

I never intended to violate any rules on my personal account, and I truly regret the mistake. I have been emailing support since April 6 but unfortunately I have not received a response yet.

I would deeply appreciate it if my account could please be restored or reviewed again, as I truly value being part of the platform and would never intentionally break any rules.

Hey everyone,
I’m really asking for help because my account was marked ineligible after I helped a friend create an account using my email during setup. Unfortunately, that account later got banned, and it somehow affected my own account too.

I’ve emailed support multiple times since 6th April explaining everything honestly and requesting a review, but they have never responded to any of my emails.

I respectfully want my account to be restored because I was not the person operating the banned account, and I never intended to break any rules. I genuinely enjoyed working on the platform and would really appreciate a second chance or at least a proper review of my case.

Punker Barbie please help me or guide me on what I can do because I honestly feel stuck and don’t know how else to reach support. If anyone else has advice or experienced something similar, I’d really appreciate your help too.
