I was using chaturbate for a while and my account was suddenly closed. I had wanted to add my wife and when we scanned her passport I didn’t realise it would do an auto face scan after so it scanned my face. This was a total accident. Please can you get my account reopened

Hi, I was banned and terminated from Chaturbate because of "trying to verify someone other than myself". This was a genuine accident. Me and my wife were trying to get her verified, scanned her passport but when it went to the face scan, the camera opened to me and I have no way to get out of it. My username was "bigdigtutor". Please can you get the decision reversed, it's my only source of income @punker barbie
