I am posting here in complete desperation hoping for some advice or guidance from the community, and humbly tagging @punker barbie and @AmberCutie for visibility.
My model account firstlady_goddess was suddenly permanently banned. I have emailed Chaturbate support multiple times from my registered email, but I am stuck in a loop receiving only automatic template messages, and no human is responding to my case.
The Reason:
I was physically helping a friend set up her own model account on her phone. While assisting her with her live face verification check, I was holding the phone, and the automated camera system accidentally scanned my face instead of hers. It flagged my biometric data across two accounts, leading to an immediate automated ban on my main profile for a verification violation. [1]
This was a total physical accident while trying to be a helpful friend. I did not mean to breach the terms of service, and I am the sole owner of my identity on firstlady_goddess.
I am completely willing to complete a manual ID check, send fresh selfies with my ID, or do whatever Chaturbate requires to prove my identity. Has anyone dealt with this facial match mistake before? Is there any way to get a human agent to review my email tickets?
