I'm hoping you can help me understand what happened to my account and whether there's any way forward. I want to be completely upfront, because I'd rather lay everything out than leave anything out.
My cb account, selenapxl, was banned with no warning, no reason listed, and no ticket number. I emailed support once when it happened and never heard back. I'm new to camming, only about 15 or so shows total in the last few months, and I think I made some honest beginner mistakes that I want to be transparent about rather than pretend I did everything perfectly.
Here is what I believe happened. My fiancé helps me run the page behind the scenes, so for several of my streams we were both logged into selenapxl at the same time on two laptops, me on the camera and OBS, him handling the tip menu and page setup while I was live. Streaming when possible and figuring it out on the go. We had also briefly made a second account (alinabubblebooty) was the name, and it was going to be meant for couples content, just to figure out what worked for us since on my main selenapxl he'd sometimes join in if tipped to do so he also put in a license verification. We did one show on it, decided to focus only on selenapxl, stopped using it, and have since deleted it and removed the IDs attached after thinking it caused the ban. I think at some point both may have been logged in at once. None of it was meant to game the system. We were genuinely naive about the rules, we are both over 21, and we don't do anything against the guidelines on camera. I take responsibility for the mix-up and just want to make it right. Btw, we only do faceless and i'd mid stream have to consistently verify myself which I would do.
I'll be honest that the timing has been really hard. I left my sales job, a remote mortgage role I was counting on fell through, and I'm now in serious debt with my fiancé carrying our finances alone. Those first faceless shows were the first thing that actually started digging us out, so losing the account overnight with no explanation hit us hard. On top of that, ripped recordings of my streams are circulating online while I have zero access to my own account, which feels awful, because my content is out there earning for other people and I can't even find out why I was banned.
My goal is simply to get clarity on what happened and, if possible, work on the platform in full compliance with the rules going forward. If selenapxl can't be reinstated, I'd be grateful for any guidance on the right way to resolve this so I'm not permanently locked out over an honest beginner mistake.
