Hello my username is Tonystheman33 I was recently banned. However based on the information in this screenshot I don't even have a camming account I only view cams. So I have no idea why they said I had someone underage on cam even though I I only view cams I don't stream. I would appreciate it if you could help me out thank you

Yeah I'm not worried about it I do see that I was blocked by you though so I'm pretty funny. But it happens but as it stands I got my account back so cuz I obviously didn't do anything wrong. As far as the other two people they haven't. I do think it's funny that they wanted to talk about all this. They should have never happened in the first place I'm not someone trying to start stuff childish at this point but at the end of the day I mean you blocked me for no reason but it's all good. Sad that people can be civil

Well I appreciate you like I said from day one to him I don't want to have problems so I just checked he's still banned. He got his money back his wife didn't get her money back. And he wanted me to talk to her about it and I'm thinking I can't do much at this point. But he got his money back so I told him can you blame someone for being mad at you cuz like I literally warned him before any of this happen I said dude you keep doing this you're going to lose your account and you're going to have fuel pissed at you I'm not trying to argue with him I told him that from day one. And he didn't handle it correct at all. I didn't want to have problems I don't want him to lose his account I feel bad that at the same point I was being harassed by him but at the other day I told him you know I don't know what else you can do but sometimes you just got to learn that stuff like this can happen you just got to be careful. Can't let your emotions control your life cuz that's very bad. I hope they get their account back I mean only time will tell thanks for trying to help. I was told by him that he told you to ban me and you did so I don't know the situation with that but if you want to keep me band that's fine if you want me to be in your room that's fine I just don't know anymore thanks

Two friends of ours were banned while in our room for arguing with each other. One was Crownandkat/Katandcrown also tonytheman33 please look into this matter they are both good people and don't deserve to be banned for simply arguing with each other about small things. Ty I'm already back in. But please look into crown and cat and cat and crown. I hope you guys can reinstate their account. They acknowledge they made a mistake and they will not do it again. I know I won't be arguing with anyone I will be good because I don't want to lose this account. Thank you

I never wanted to argue I meant I heard from day one. Again I hope your account gets fixed I've been through this with other apps and I'm trying not to ever do that again so let's just pray for a miracle so that this can move on and hopefully this is a lesson we can all learn fr.om sorry that this happened

I am annoyed that you dragged me/my account/my room when I was not even around and you two WERE JUST REGULAR CHATTERS IN ANOTHER MODEL'S ROOM. If you wanted to report Crown you could have just stuck to his account. They would have simply made him unauthorized to be on my account but I could still solo / be on my own.
This affected my ENTIRE ID and any account I have.. that I haven't even streamed or been on. A model is tied to their individual ID code that CB gives them because they have to UPLOAD THEIR DRIVERS LICENSE. You regular users just go by a Credit Card so it's no major bigger if there's a ban, you can just make a new account and use different Credit Card.

We had minimal discussion about this because yeah.. I'm mad AT ALL INVOLVED in this since it happened.
Hell, the only one I've talked with is Philly and this forum and some followers on my X.

It happened because his account is mentioned on both of you guys' names that's why they banned both of you guys. That's what he said and that's what happened like I said I didn't want this to happen. Can't blame me for any of this I didn't even want to be arguing with him I said that multiple times. I've been nothing but chill and I've been nice and I don't do this stuff to other people. I don't appreciate people making false accusations stating that I had someone on cam that was underage that was ridiculously dumb. Again because you both have accounts tied together this is why you got banned. Again I didn't want any of this to happen I specifically have been saying since day one I don't want to argue again I'm sorry that this happened hopefully they can help you get it back. I've been chill since day one and I have said multiple times I don't want to argue

I believe that CB is relying on AI. You were TALKING about various controversial things in your arguments in Tod's room and on X.
Theoretically by TOS even TALKING about such things is wrong. Somehow AI got YOU for broadcasting with underaged and Crown for doing sexual acts with animals. THESE ARE BOTH FALSE, obviously but that is the reason for the bans.
I also believe that this is the reason for the increase of bans. CB should not be so ban happy. But I understand the time it takes for a REAL person to investigate, I just hope they do a good job and not rely on the AI'd evidence.
The last contract I had started AI for stuff and it was really ridiculous what they thought our phonecalls were about / what was said. Glad my supervisors understood and told the company owner.

I said it's weird that he has a dog there while you guys are doing stuff that's not something that people want to see. Because that brings up another can of worms. And I always thought that was weird. And I still think that's weird cuz obviously there have been many people in the rooms that have set stuff that was very inappropriate because the dog is on stream. Anything that is said on x has nothing to do with ChatterBait those are two toys separate companies they have no right to link those together. It doesn't matter hey AI cannot get me for broadcasting with anybody because I never did so that's 100% incorrect on their part. Somebody ratted on me I'm not dumb there's no way they would just make up something like that I don't even have an account to stream so that's not correct. At the end of the day I never wanted this to happen I said that from day one. I said I'm too old for this we shouldn't be arguing. And I don't like doing this. A lot of cam models like to argue because I think just because their room they can treat people a certain way and that's absolutely incorrect. I went through this on eBay before had issues and you learn quick just because it's your room can't treat people a certain way. I think AI is ridiculous anyways because of how they do things I don't like ai and I don't use it. At the end of the day I don't even have an account stream so honestly when that was stated and I told them if I have an account to stream then someone else hacked my account because I don't have an account with anybody but myself and I'm only a viewer so again the other day let's hope they put you guys back on there

I didn't even want to say anything cuz when he said oh you're just waiting for me to leave so you can start talking crap now actually I told him I didn't want to say anything I don't want to argue that's my whole just from day one I don't want to have stress over this this is not worth it you understand the crap I had to go through like nobody needs to stress like you think I want to deal with this right now I don't I never wanted to I made that very clear since day one so I just hope they open your account back. At the end of the day I never wanted this to happen I've told you that I've shown that face on everything. And CB has no right to keep people's tokens that's 100% illegal I don't care if it's their platform or not. I know the law because I've dealt with that before I went to court over that. By law you cannot keep someone's money that they work for it's not their money to keep. So they would 100% be in violation but not enough people are going against them but that's not me if it took my money I'd make sure if it was a little bit of money that's fine but if it's like hundreds of dollars now they're not keeping it it's not their money and I'm not someone that stands around let them take money for me cuz I've had people try that stuff and I have took the legal way and they lost so I'm just saying you know I'm just hoping everything works out at the end of the day I don't want anyone to lose their account. They should have never happened in the first place so let's hope that you guys get your account back and everything gets straight and I'm pleading with that. But things I talk about on x they have no right to know about because they're not associated with x

So that image posted does not say you broadcasted or that anyone underage was on your broadcast had you been broadcasting.
What it says is you're banned for mentioning or implying someone was underage or talking about minors in some way.
And having a dog on your naked lap or touching the dog while naked is a serious no. Dogs really should be kept off cam while naked or sexually engaged or keep your clothes on and the dog can stay.

The main problem is Crown's rescue project Shadow.
Shadow is a LARGE and VERY noticeable dog. Unlike the other models who have small to medium dogs.
Shadow has extreme anxiety issues. When Crown is not around, the dog is not around me unless I have food or during a stream I get very loud and he comes in to see if I'm okay / not being attacked.
We have kicked / banned users for even asking for anything sexual with the dog; it's disgusting, wrong and even if it wasn't.. I DO NOT LIKE ANIMALS, much less dogs.
We have tried to get him trained and medicated but it's been difficult and costly.
You want animal cruelty? Sure we can give him the meds the doc gave us and we'll have a furry vegetable that might as well be dead.
I personally do not like the dog and wish Crown would not have brought it home one day. It's hurt me several times to the point where I refuse to take it for a walk and just let it out the back to do its thing. I am a petite 4'11 asian less than 90lbs and this dog is easily 70s and almost my height when he stands / jumps up on me.
Oh and I already sleep in a seperate bedroom and bed than my husband Crown and Shadow. Even if not on cam the dog has ruined our sex life with his anxiety. I can't even hug Crown anymore. 12 years or marriage ruined in a year.
I have content that's been approved. The dog is sometimes seen in the BACKGROUND normally laying down and minding his own business until he hears loud moaning screaming / distressing sounds to him. Then he springs into action to see if everything is okay. That's when he's touched / held to stay still if we can't hold him back because of biting. A pet to the head, a rub to the ear or a firm press to the pressure spot at his chest / under his neck and between his front shoulders.
But it doesn't matter. If Crown isn't allowed with me then I don't have to worry about Shadow anymore.

And really now, I want to challenge CB to rethink on their reliance of AI. Some of the reasons on the uptick on CB bans is a bit ridiculous; why are they being permabanned now for the same things they've been doing for year(s)?
Once I am unsuspended and my profile is visibile again I will register as a model on here and will do a post in the models-only section about something I ran across.

This is about being compliant with the laws that allow the sites to process payments from the credit card companies.
They've invested millions of dollars in AI moderation and there's no going back. These people are not idiots, they will see the numbers and adjust accordingly.
And honestly, I've never had a problem with it because I am never afraid to ban anyone regardless of what they have spent on me. For my own protection.
We've known for years now that we are the first line of police on CB and if we fail to react accordingly then the punishment falls on us.

The traffic was explained in the creator portal, via an email release, and again on here multiple times. It's legit.
The reasons people are getting banned are legit. Whether or not you agree with that does not make any difference to CB. When one model is gone, another replaces them.
Before AI things were merely missed by human eyes and the system they had in place that monitored chat.
Now it's catching all kinds of things and you know what? GOOD. Because these violations, if left unchecked, could bring down the entire industry to non-nude broadcasting if the United States Congress gets a bug up their ass about it. It is THAT fragile right now.

Yeah I read the creator portal and their feeds.. rooms with 20k+ that aren't veterans (like JackandJill, busbuddies, jason sweets, juicyjane etc...) is pretty crazy. Hope the DMCA is hiring more because they have an influx of a workload.
But yes, tons of people in the world and if someone vanishes, the public will replace them with another; the world and reality are fickle like that.

Not begrudging but it's just suspicious that a model that doesn't even have 500 followers has room that equals or rivals a veteran. And the weird thing is.. it's not even a lot of chatters or tippers. Just strange. And cameras that are just sitting their talking (primarily non-nude) are being ripped for their whole stream; they rarely even do anything sexual or even a flash.
I don't care how many followers I have, what others do/my "competition" or anything. I just do my thing
