Dear @Stella_SC , @Elira_SC ,[ @xChloe and other ones;

Please read carefully. I don't want any favoritism or exceptions; I only want a fair trial, a just hearing as I deserve, and if I have violated any rules, proof should be presented. Even your team members admitted their mistakes (I've included image number 5), but they asked me to send a message to my registered email address, to proceed. However, despite trying to reach you dozens of times from that email address, it keeps going to spam, and I receive no response. This problem has been going on for months and has reached a truly frustrating point. It's not just Stripchat; the psychological pressure it's putting on me is even affecting my income on other platforms. I'm tired of waiting for a solution.

I am writing this email after months of trying to resolve the same issue through every official channel available.

I would like to make one thing absolutely clear from the beginning:

I am not asking for favoritism, an exception, or special treatment.

I am simply asking for what every customer deserves:

  • a fair review,
  • an objective investigation,
  • and if you believe I violated any rule, clear evidence showing exactly what I did wrong.
At this point, I genuinely feel that I am being punished not because of my own actions, but because I followed the instructions given by your own support team.

1. First Suspension – Case YOBP-000358349

My viewer account O****Drawers was previously suspended for alleged spam.

I appealed the decision.

The appeal was rejected.

I appealed again.

And again.

For approximately 25 days, I had to send over 600 emails before anyone actually reviewed the case properly.

For almost every one of those emails I received the exact same response:

"The decision is final."
Eventually, however, under case #2708334, your team manually reviewed the case and admitted that the suspension resulted from your automated spam detection system.

My account was restored.

I even received an apology.

This is extremely important because it proves two things:

  • "Final decision" does not always mean the decision was correct.
  • Your automated systems can make mistakes.
This is already documented in your own records.

2. What Happened After My Account Was Restored

Once my account was restored, I contacted support with a completely different request.

I had spent a long time building my network.
I had approximately 2,600 friends and over 600 of them are valuable users above level 50, and considering the time elapsed, this number is likely get close to 1000...
Many of them were loyal viewers.
I wanted to become a model.

Naturally, I asked whether my viewer account could be converted into a model account.

Your team informed me that this was impossible.

That was completely acceptable to me.

I then asked for alternative solutions.

3. The Instructions Given by Your Own Support Team

Your colleagues repeatedly informed me that the only available solution was:

  • create a brand-new model account;
  • inform my existing contacts individually from my viewer account.
This instruction appears multiple times throughout case #2708334.

One of the messages literally states:

"The only available option is to create a new model account and inform your contacts individually through your existing user account."
Not "maybe."

Not "at your own risk."

Not "this could violate our rules."

It was presented as the only available solution.

(This is clearly indicated in images 1, 2, 3, and 4.)

4. I Explicitly Warned Your Team

This is the part that continues to be ignored.

Before sending those messages I warned your support team multiple times.

I told them clearly:

Sending individual messages to over two thousand contacts could easily trigger another spam detection.

I specifically explained that I was worried about exactly the situation that eventually happened.

Despite my concerns, multiple support agents insisted that:

  • this was the correct approach;
  • this was the only available option;
  • I needed to inform everyone individually.
Several different agents repeated this advice throughout the conversation.

5. I Followed Your Instructions Exactly

Because I trusted your official support team, I did exactly what I was told.

I created a new independent model account.

I began informing my existing contacts.

Important facts:

  • I did not send public advertisements.
  • I did not message random strangers.
  • I contacted only people already on my friends list.
  • Most of them were existing viewers or models with whom I had previous interaction.
  • The messages were short, polite and informational.
I believed I was acting in accordance with the guidance your team had provided.

6. Second Suspension – Case JPUH-0003976885

Only a few days later, my account was permanently suspended again for spam.

This is the exact outcome I had warned your team about beforehand.

So today I am permanently banned for following instructions that originated from Stripchat Support itself.

That is the central issue.

7. The Contradiction Nobody Has Addressed

Every response I receive ignores the same fundamental contradiction.

Your support team instructed me to perform a specific action.

I followed those instructions.

That same action is now considered a violation.

How can both of those statements be true simultaneously?

Either:

  • your support team provided incorrect guidance,
or

  • my actions should never have been treated as intentional spam.
Instead, I am being held responsible for guidance that came directly from your own representatives.

8. Communication Has Completely Broken Down

After the second suspension I attempted to contact support using the registered email address:

Unfortunately every email now receives the same automated response stating that the decision is final.

No human review occurs.

Because of that communication dead-end, I also tried contacting support through additional official addresses.

I included:

  • case numbers;
  • identity verification references;
  • screenshots;
  • complete conversations;
  • evidence of the instructions given by support.
Despite all of this, I still receive only automated responses.

So I must ask:

How exactly am I supposed to communicate with your support team if every email from the registered address is automatically closed before anyone reviews it?

This situation has become impossible to resolve through normal channels.

Also i have already been contacting you from the registered email address for a long time, and I still do not receive any real response — only automated “final decision” replies.

Because of this communication failure, I also tried reaching out through:

help@stripchat.com

dars@stripchat.com

sena@stripchat.com

tara@stripchat.com

chloe@stripchat.com

sid@stripchat.com

Also, when I couldn't reach you via my registered email, I tried contacting you from 6 different email addresses. They told me I was right and that opening a ticket through my registered email would resolve my account issue. However, I can't reach the support team through my registered email, and when I try to open a ticket, I automatically receive spam emails. This situation is really frustrating. And as you can see in image 5, your teammate clearly acknowledges that I'm right.

I sent dozens of emails explaining the full situation, including:

9. Even Your Own Records Contradict Your Current Position

Your current position is essentially:

"The moderation decision is final."

However, the exact same statement was made hundreds of times during my first suspension.

Eventually that decision was reversed.

My account was restored.

An apology was issued.

Therefore, your own history demonstrates that moderation decisions can be incorrect and can be corrected.

That is precisely why I continue requesting a proper manual review.

10. What I Am Actually Requesting

I am not asking anyone to ignore your Community Guidelines.

I am not asking for an exception.

I am not asking for preferential treatment.

I am requesting:

  • a genuine manual review of the complete history;
  • review of all conversations under:
    • YOBP-000358349
    • JPUH-0003976885
    • #2708334
  • consideration of the screenshots attached;
  • acknowledgement of the guidance given by your own support team;
  • and if moderation still believes I violated your rules, a clear explanation of how following official support instructions became my personal responsibility.

11. Identity Verification References

To avoid requesting the same documents again, here are the previous verification references:

  • #2708334
  • #2682009
  • #2694124
  • #2672089

Final Statement

I have now spent months trying to resolve this issue.

I have sent hundreds of emails.

I have provided every document requested.

I have remained cooperative despite repeated automated responses and contradictory guidance.

At this stage, I believe the issue is no longer whether spam rules exist.

The real issue is accountability.

Your own support team instructed me to take a course of action that I repeatedly warned could trigger spam detection.

I followed those instructions in good faith.

I was then permanently suspended for doing exactly what I had been told to do.

I cannot accept that this constitutes a fair or objective outcome.

Therefore, I respectfully request one final comprehensive manual review based on the complete history rather than isolated tickets or automated conclusions.

If, after reviewing all evidence, you still conclude that I personally violated your rules independently of the guidance I received, I ask that you specify exactly which action constituted the violation and provide the evidence supporting that conclusion.

I believe that is a reasonable request and the minimum standard of procedural fairness.

I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,[/USER]

@AmberCutie thanks for edit and support (If someone else edited and approved the text, I'd like to thank them as well, the hero in the secret cloak..)
It's just me. Reminder: tagging people who are not SC reps is unnecessary.

As noted in the DM, I still think it's not going to be useful to have all this posted in a public thread, if support themselves already can't help you.

This also sounds very familiar, I'm getting the feeling you've created a new account here to post after being limited before.

Time will tell.

I think this is the best appeal post ive ever seen. I think there's many things to like about stripchat but I don't really like the interactions I've had with regular support or the tech team.

Edit: a complaint box would be pretty nice there's been times when I point out something that's broken or that doesn't make sense and it's shot down almost every time.

Standout defence.

You remember correctly @AmberCutie , but as you can see in image 5, they admitted I was right, but due to a flaw/absurdity in their system, I still can't access my account. Even though my largest customer base is Stripchat, it's also my lowest income, so I haven't even streamed on Stripchat for 3 months. Besides, individual male models earn much less than female models, and experiencing this situation really isn't worth straining my computer. Actually, Stripchat is my favorite part in terms of infrastructure and site functionality (thanks to Chaturbate and their team for their customer service and communication; they responded and helped within a maximum of 6 hours with every issue and kept their word, unlike the SC support team who didn't contradict themselves. However, the site theme and similar things feel outdated; the recent logo change and minor tweaks still feel old compared to today's standards, in my opinion). I've become disillusioned with them because of these inconsistent behaviors. They say it's okay, that's the only solution, then they ban me. Months pass, and they say, "You're right, we made a mistake," and then they don't lift the ban. I don't understand how they can contradict themselves so much. Even politicians are more trustworthy than them. @Stella_SC

To everyone reading this thread

First of all, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read this topic and leave a comment. Your support genuinely means a lot to me.

If you have experienced similar issues with support, moderation, or internal communication, I would really appreciate it if you could share your experience here. Even a short comment helps keep this thread active and increases the chances that the right people will actually read it.

I have now been dealing with this situation for almost eight months, and honestly, I'm exhausted. This isn't just about one account anymore—it's about receiving a fair review and consistent treatment. Thank you again to everyone who has supported me.

@Stella_SC , @Elira_SC , @xChloe , @Jessica_StripchatCM

I understand that you're all busy, and I appreciate the work you do. However, I also believe that five days is more than enough time to review a case like this.

In fact, you wouldn't even need to read the entire thread. Reading just two or three random messages from case #2708334 would take less than 30 seconds and would immediately show the core contradiction.

Here is the issue as simply as possible:

1. Your support team repeatedly instructed me to inform my contacts individually and explicitly stated that this was the ONLY available solution.

Before doing so, I repeatedly warned your team that sending individual messages to more than 2,000 contacts could trigger your spam detection system. I had already experienced a false spam suspension once before, and after 25 days of appeals, your team acknowledged it was a mistake caused by the automated spam system, restored my account, and apologized.

2. I then followed your team's instructions in good faith, and my account was permanently suspended again for spam.

So I have one very simple question:

  • If informing my contacts individually is considered spam, why did your own support team repeatedly instruct me to do exactly that?
  • If informing my contacts individually is not considered spam, why was my account permanently suspended for following those instructions?

Those two positions cannot both be correct.

This is why I continue asking for a manual review rather than another automated response.

After almost eight months, I do not believe that a case whose central contradiction can be understood in 15 minutes should still be unresolved.

The replies in this thread also show that I am not the only person frustrated by the lack of communication and consistency. Other users, partners, and even studios have expressed similar concerns.

I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm simply asking for professionalism, accountability, consistency, and a fair review based on the complete history of the case.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I sincerely hope someone will finally address the contradiction instead of repeating that the decision is final.

Exactly how did you contact those 2,600 people?

How many messages per hour?
Over how many days?
Was every message identical?
Was any automation, macro, or extension used?
Were these all existing friends with prior conversations?

Yes, they were all people already on my friends list. These were existing contacts — customers and models I had previously interacted with. I wasn't contacting random users or scraping usernames.

The first message I sent to viewers was:

"Hey there 😉 I'm starting my streams on Stripchat very soon, and I added you because I'd love to connect before I go live. Hope you don't mind — and if I'm being a little bold, forgive me 😇"

If someone replied negatively or wasn't interested, I simply removed them from my friends list. My intention wasn't to spam anyone, but to inform people I already knew before I started streaming.

On the day my account was suspended, I had sent messages to approximately 200 contacts over 3–4 hours (around 150 viewers and 50 models). I sent every message manually, one by one, through the friends list. I did not use any bots, macros, browser extensions, automation tools, or third-party software.

There were 64 friends displayed per page. I was suspended while I was working through the third page.

The important point, however, is why I was doing this. Before sending those messages, I repeatedly asked Stripchat Support for the safest way to inform my existing contacts that I would be streaming from a new model account. I specifically warned them that contacting a large number of friends individually might trigger the spam system. Their response was that informing my contacts individually was the only available solution. I followed that guidance in good faith, believing I was acting within the platform's rules.

That is why my appeal is not about denying the spam policy. It is about the contradiction between the guidance I received from Support and the reason given for my permanent suspension.

IMO, I would stop arguing about whether or not the issue was spamming. Change your argument to... you fully understand why an automated system interpreted your activity as spam. 200 messages in 4 hours is about one message every 72 seconds. Even if every click was manual, that's still behavior that most anti-spam systems would flag as mass solicitation. The MAIN concern is that you specifically sought guidance beforehand because you were worried about that exact outcome. You followed the only procedure Stripchat Support recommended. If that procedure itself violates policy or triggers the automated enforcement, then you had no safe way to comply.

Yeah, it sounds like you got bad advice from one person in Support.

I think it’s best to leave this thread now until one of the reps on here takes a look.

They said they had them in their viewer account but wanted to then add them to their model account.
But the instructions were to notify them of the new model account from the old account.

Edit: and wait..can a model account even add a user account out of the blue? I thought stripchat prevented that.

Yeah, true. Usually a member has at least been in a model’s room before they can send a PM - and even then it ends up in the Message Requests folder.

What? How is that notifying people of your new username?
@SCRIPTA Yes, I actually agree with you. That's exactly what I told Stripchat Support before I sent any messages. I warned them multiple times that contacting thousands of people individually could easily be interpreted as spam. However, they repeatedly assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and that the only available solution was to message everyone one by one.

That's the issue I'm trying to highlight. I wasn't banned because I ignored the rules—I was banned for following the instructions given by Support.

They never suggested any safer alternative, such as spreading it over 10 days, limiting it to 100 messages per day, or any other approach that would reduce the spam risk. They simply kept telling me: "The only solution is to inform everyone individually."

@cbhours The message you quoted was actually the message I used months earlier when I was building my friends list. It wasn't the message related to this suspension.

The messages that led to the ban were sent later to people who were already on my friends list—existing viewers and models who had asked to follow my streams. I was simply informing them about my new model account, exactly as Support had instructed me to do.

And honestly, if I believed I was even 1% at fault, I wouldn't have spent the last nine months trying to resolve this.

As you can see in screenshot #5, even Stripchat Support acknowledged that I was right and that the previous suspension had been caused by a mistake on their side. They apologized (which happened on May 25th, finally after 7 months).

The problem now is that they insist I contact them from the email address registered to the suspended account. I have been doing exactly that, but every email I send from that address is automatically answered with a "final decision" template, so I can't actually reach a human or continue the conversation.

That's why this has turned into a dead end. What should have been a 30-second review of the message history has now dragged on for nine months without a real solution.

More than anything, that's what has been so discouraging. It's not just about the account anymore—it's about spending months trying to resolve an issue that appears to stem from contradictory guidance, while being unable to communicate with the people who have the authority to review it.

I'm finding the OP & forum replies very informative. Interesting points all around.
I feel like this will just go around in circles until one of the SC reps takes a look and comments.
Thank you. Between this case and the previous one (which took 25 days to resolve + 9 months), I've probably sent close to 3,000 emails. I honestly stopped counting a long time ago.

At least one positive thing came out of it—I learned a lot about how large support systems tend to operate.

This is just my personal opinion, but I suspect Stripchat's support workflow may be similar to what Amazon used several years ago. I've been selling on Amazon for about five years, and back then appeals were handled through a centralized queue. Frontline agents had very limited authority, and rejecting an appeal was often the safest option for them.

Their system worked like this: appeal emails were collected in a pool, and these were answered at centers in India or similar low-wage countries. Their system was based on punishment, not reward. If you called a forged document forged, there was no problem. If you called an original document original, there was no problem. If you called an original document forged, there was no problem. But if you called a forged document original, they would receive a salary penalty. Since they were working for a few dollars anyway, they would reject all the emails that were sent.

As a result, even straightforward cases could take weeks before someone actually reviewed the evidence.

I'm not saying that's definitely what's happening here, but after nine months it certainly feels like my case is stuck in a similar loop. Different agents keep replying, nobody reviews the complete history, and I keep receiving the same template responses despite providing evidence that the issue arose from contradictory guidance given by Support.

I genuinely hope one of the Stripchat representatives here takes a few minutes to review the attached evidence. I honestly believe the core issue can be understood in less than five minutes by reading a handful of messages from case #2708334.

That message is spam, so they banned you and then after you emailed over and over they unbanned you...right?

What was the message you were using most recently when you got rebanned?

Not exactly.

The first suspension (YOBP-000358349) was later reviewed by Stripchat. After about 25 days, my account was restored, and Support acknowledged that the suspension had been caused by their automated spam system. They apologized and confirmed it had been a mistake

After my account was restored, I contacted Support because I wanted to become a model but couldn't convert my existing viewer account. Their team repeatedly told me that the only available solution was to create a new model account and inform my existing contacts individually from my viewer account.

Before doing that, I specifically warned them that sending individual messages to thousands of contacts could trigger the spam system again. They repeatedly assured me that this was the correct and only solution.

The message I sent to my current audience was roughly something like this:

"Hey there 😉 I'm finally starting my streams on Stripchat in 5 day . If you'd like to follow my broadcasts, here's my new model account: @. I'd love to see you there!"

It wasn't sent publicly or to random users. It was sent manually, one by one, to people who were already on my friends list.

So my argument isn't that the anti-spam system was wrong to flag that pattern. My argument is that I asked Support beforehand how to avoid exactly that problem, and I followed the procedure they repeatedly instructed me to use. That's the contradiction I'm asking Stripchat to address.

But isn't the reality that the first ban shouldnt have been overturned? It's spam, seems to me you are attempting to take advantage of the fact that viewer to viewer friend requests etc are not restricted like model to viewer so over time you have used this loophole to build up a user base so you could later setup the model account. Since stripchat is a cam score based system a strong start like that can make all the difference in the world.

I mean it's clever but you can't be surprised they stopped you

I understand your point, but my problem is that Stripchat themselves told me this was not an issue. You can see the messages too. How logical is it for them to tell me something is completely fine, repeatedly assure me that it is the only solution, and then later punish me for doing exactly what they instructed?

Secondly, I don't know if it would have made a huge difference or not, but I certainly hoped it would. That's exactly why I spent months building a strong audience and network. I invested a serious amount of time and effort into it without earning a single dollar. I worked for months completely for free because I believed it would help me build a successful career on Stripchat.

During that entire process, Stripchat Support themselves repeatedly told me that I could contact my friends individually, that it wouldn't be a problem, and that it was the only available solution.

If a random person on a forum had told me to do this and my account was banned afterwards, I would simply say, "Okay, that person was wrong, my effort was wasted," and move on. But this wasn't advice from a random user. This came from official representatives of Stripchat: Spike, Tim, Roger, Kirill, Kiale, Neon, Lukas, Zinco, Slava, and many others...

When multiple official support agents tell me something is allowed, I naturally assume that it is allowed.

Let's even assume for a moment that what I did was wrong. Then why am I the one being punished for following the instructions given to me by your own support team, while the people who gave those instructions face no consequences?

Because if they had never told me to do this, my account would not be banned today.

Or let's look at it from the opposite perspective: if their advice was correct and contacting people individually truly was the only solution, then why is my account still banned?

No matter which way you look at it, the conclusion always leads back to Stripchat Support's guidance.

And as you saw in screenshot #5, they already admitted they were wrong once before and acknowledged that I was right about these case.(Even though they said I was right, they didn't unban me, which is another contradiction.) So we'll see what happens this time too.
