Good morning, my Chaturbate account was banned for the following reason:

Discussion of illegal and unsafe actions is prohibited, including but not limited to: violence, blood, torture, cutting, extreme blood restriction, pain, choking, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with causing physical or emotional harm.

I had already been punished for smoking and showing my cigarette rolling accessories, and I became much more careful. Today, suddenly, my account was banned. I think it might have been because of a conversation I had with a user where he asked me to call him by a term to induce submission. Or maybe because when I show my penis, I have a lot of fluid, or maybe because I tried to use a program during the broadcast that would simultaneously subtitle my video, since I have difficulty pronouncing English, and that may have been the reason, as I got quite confused trying to do it and it came out wrong. I believe it was something like that that harmed me and I apologize to the Chaturbate team; I'm really confused.

I've already sent an email to support, I hope I did everything right, and I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this and managed to recover their account, or if there's any way to get help?

Good morning! @punker barbie How are you? I apologize for mentioning you again, but I've been reflecting on what might have happened in one of my streams that led to my ban, and I think I understand. I mentioned above that a user specifically asked me to refer to them using a specific term that I won't write here. As I am not a native English speaker, I was completely unaware of the historical, offensive, and hateful weight that this word carries in the English language. I mistakenly believed it was a common term in "roleplay," at the viewer's request, and I had no intention of promoting hate speech or causing emotional harm. I have now researched the true meaning of this term and learned it.

I now realize that this term is an insult and violates the platform's safety policies regarding respectful conduct and hate speech. I want to emphasize that I do not support any form of discrimination or violence. It was an honest mistake caused by a language barrier.

Since then, I have reread the Terms of Service and Safety Policy to ensure I fully understand the platform's limitations. I value my community on Chaturbate and am committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

I'm writing here because I know it's not advisable to send another email to support. But I think this is a way to explain myself.

I've been live streaming on my account, username gggggggg178761, for almost a year. On that account, I blocked my country of residence.

On August 8th, I created an account with the username "apenaspaubabao" so I could stream without showing my face, allowing me to stream in my country without being recognized. I took photos of my ID, submitted them, and the document was approved. I was able to start streaming on that account, "apenaspaubabao," and it kept asking me to verify my face at chaturbate.com/verify, which I always did. I earned some tokens during the stream, and suddenly, my account was banned for no specific reason. It just said I had violated the terms, but didn't specify what I had done.

I logged into my room, gggggggg178761, and saw that everything was normal on that account and that I could still stream on it. That's what I did; I started streaming on that account normally, as I always do. I earned some tokens, did a live stream for a few hours, and went to sleep. I woke up today, August 9th, and accessed my room gggggggg178761 to stream, but the message "not eligible to stream" appeared.

I saw that in the templates section of my profile, the document I submitted for approval on the "apenaspaubabao" account was identified as "ID or passport is a digital copy. You must use the original identity document." I clicked "try another identity document" and submitted new photos of my document, taking the photos correctly to prove it's the original. It was automatically approved, but the message that I'm not eligible to stream still appears.
