Banned after going live for the first time

I’ve been a long time chaturbate viewer and I attempted to go live for the first time. I got banned after about 30 min of being live and I have no idea why. I haven’t received any email from support on the reason and no response from support for my support ticket yet. Can someone help me?

Update:

I have heard back from support, I guess I was banned because my account was created before I had turned 18. When I did my verify identity, that auto banned me.
I have put in another support request to request being unbanned.
I obviously didn’t know that was a breach of tos when I was the age I made my account and didn’t realize that it was bannable.
I hope that the support understands that and I can get my account back.
I obviously regret breaking tos and would never do it again.

Just a friendly suggestion: Don't get your hopes up that your ban will be removed and do not attempt to open any new accounts on Chaturbate.
