Help with ban

My Chaturbate account Angelicdahlia was banned while trying to verify information to start broadcasting. I believe this is because I put an age that didn't match my ID thinking it was my display age. Otherwise it could because I'm trans and my ID is still my original ID. If you could help in anyway of getting unbanned I would make sure to follow the proper guidelines and procedures. Thank you!

@punker barbie Thank you for your assistance! I'm still running into an issue. The email sent from support told me to resubmit age verification procedure and after I do that it submits successfully, then refreshes itself and tells me to submit it again over and over. And if I click on my account it still shows banned.
