account suspended for “excessive makeup” — need advice

I’m hoping someone can help me with my Chaturbate account, angeldust_7.

I was banned about three weeks ago for “excessive makeup.” My streams are focused on cosplay, so using a lot of makeup is part of my content and the characters I portray.

I’ve contacted Chaturbate Support almost 25 times over the past three weeks, but I’ve only received automated replies and no actual response regarding my case so i dont have any ticket number yet.

At this point, I honestly don’t know what else I can do. Is there any way to have my ban reviewed or appeal it ?

I would really appreciate any advice or help. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

Honestly....I personally dont like cb cuz they gave me warnings for things I wasnt even doing and basically had their admins constantly harassing me or accusing me of doing things I never did. ex: I got in trouble for public content when I was clearly in a PRIVATE backyard completely covered lanai with privacy panels up and impossible to see in the lanai. then they accused me of trying to sway people to other platforms when I never did that but mentioned that I have a free snapchat and they claimed I (might be) trying to post stuff on my personal snapchat to sway people to other sites WITHOUT any proof of this lol THENNN... I wanted a mens haircut (the big chop since I always had super longgggg hair and really wanted to try a masculine haircut this time super short, AND THEY BANNED ME lmfaoooo perma ban for literally just having a mens haircut. they insisted and kept claiming that someone else was on my own profile camming. I asked them to explain the person.... and they explained IN DETAIL...ME! lmfaooooo they were like "user had short dark hair wearing blah blah etc etc and I was like.... yea THATS ME! I didn't think it would be an issue to get a masc haircut but even AFTER explaining and proving that it was indeed me, they didn't care and said I'm still perma banned and then stopped replying when I tried to keep proving it was me again. honestly cant stand CB. is there others who feel this way or have experiences with cb being ridiculous to the point of harassment with constant warnings or bans to people without valid reason? I've heard some other models say bad stuff about cb too but kinda curious what yall think. lol Thanks for reading yall! (& hopefully soon ill be able to join with more access cuz I used to love having this site for help/chatting and just community. So thankful Amber made it cuz there's just no place really like this site. So thank you again Amber! Glad to see its still going strong after all these years!)
