My Chaturbate account was permanently suspended several weeks ago. Since then, I have contacted support multiple times regarding both the account restriction and the payout of my remaining eligible funds, but I have not received any response.
The accounts remain restricted and the token balance is still visible, so I am unsure whether my case is still under review or if there is another way to obtain assistance.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there any appeal process or way to request a manual review when support is not responding?
