tokens are worthless and I can't use them for anything, support isn't supportinhg

i've also had the problem with not being able to use tokens and I have to honestly the total lack of response from the "support team" has been the worst part. i've spent literrally 20 hours straight trying tofigure this out with zero assistance from CB
before my time off works ends, well if this isn't sorted out in 30mins, im out my money so im justy going over CBs head again and having the third party financing take care of it, very nice efficient people they are, who sound sick of this situation as well.
The whole site runs off tokens, so if you can't spend you tokens its; a complete bunk experience. My User name is Schmiddy69. you need a 24 hour help line staffed with people who can help. My holidya is gone now and half the ladies i was following block or dropped me over this. Financial loss i can deal with but not humilation,sorry too much.

well the office is now closed so I'm out hundreds of dollars, just a straight up scam. Garbage service, won't ever spend adime her or any affiliates again.

and no idea what the ticket number is , it was an automated generic response and i didn't see a prominent number on it
I honestly don't expectr any satisfactiry resolution to this as there really can't be one when a company has no respect for either it's contractors or customers as it seems for the post i've read in this forum this has been going on for months with no resolution in sight along with many broadcasters not being able to get paid on time or at all,this is acomany that has been around for 15 years so you'd think they'd of sorted it by now,
