Need response from support

hi @punker barbie, i provided support my kyc verification on july 10, and it was completely ignored, and then they wanted the same kyc verification i did again on the 29th. i'd love to get a response and have this sorted out as soon as possible as i haven't been able to receive any tokens in over a month because of this. i've complied with what they requested, and i'm still waiting to see if what i provided earlier at a timely manner was suffice, or if i need to provide the exact same thing i did again but with a different date. if you can help that would be greatly appreciate, thank you. my username is karinaaaxx
