  After buying tokens I'm getting "Unable to tip" message. Support people are asking me to sign "performer agreement", but I don't intend to be a performer and will never be in the future, so why would they ask me to do it?

  My cb name is neroaelous and it looks like my account was stolen today. I've contacted support and tried to reset the password but I haven't heard back and the reset doesn't seem to work. Whomever stole it has already done 2 charges for $79.99 that I can't afford and I want to stop them from doing more.

  Hi, Im quite new to camming, last month was my first. I go by kawaiikit3nn & during the15th-30th period I made about $550 (converted) & despite my payment Info being set up I have yet to receive a check, By mail or any email regarding payment. v worried because I have looming rent and bills to pay . I’ve loved these past few weeks and I hope to continue just rly hoping to figure out what the hold up is.

  Hi, punker barbie I'm britslaveforyou. I've cammed for three years without issue for the last time on Monday, and I've logged in every day since, so I have no idea why my account was banned yesterday. Support have given me no reason why I was banned and referred me to the terms and genuinely I have broken no rules. I have $300 of tokens in the account and I have been totally blocked out.   Hi Shirley, I sent you an email regarding my account being hacked/phished not even 24 hours after my spending limit form got accepted. I emailed Customer Support on the 29th when it happened, got up to confirming the last 4 of the card I used to purchase tokens, and never heard back since then. I cannot reset my password either as someone changed my email address. My username is aspvptyler

  Hey Shirley, If a guy comes into a models room every other day with a different username tips 25 tokens asking the model something that could get her a warning from CB, but he down votes her after she says no to his request.. is there anything that model can do to try and stop this?

  Hey there yesterday my card was declined from adding tokens today i messaged EPOCH - the way i was adding tokens - and they said that it wasnt allowed to make purchases due to fraud or something along these lines im very confused about it haha if you could help that would be great!

  my account has been blocked unfortunately. I have not done anything to break any rules or so but I could guess it is due to quite a bit of traveling as I sign in from different locations but am not sure. I have contacted Chaturbate trying to solve this but do not get any response, I would be very pleased if my account could get available again.

  My account´s name is count_of_count_ger and I I got 18 some weeks ago (yay).
  Well for a reason I cannot explain myself, I´ve got banned. I contacted the support but I only got bot-messages.
  I created a new account but all my age-verifications are not accepted... (Duplicated ID or some other things that are just not true)

  My user name is TravelingMonger
  My girlfriend didn't lock the door while broadcasting and her nephew got into the broadcast area.
  She got him out as quickly as she could, but the incident got noticed by Chaturbate.
  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  We're making sure the door is locked or blocked so NO ONE can get into our broadcast room again.

  Hi Shirley.My account was banned for underage suspicion (account name "yumihearts"). I submitted all my documents again, but no result. Today, I found out that a studio where I was supposed to work is artificially banning me. They told me: it is us who are banning you and we will not let you work unless you work for us. Also, I will not be able to work on CB as the studio people will keep banning me.Best.Yumihearts

  Dear Shirley, may you please help me, one of my accounts: Halsey18 has been banned with no reason. I know that I haven't done anything against TOS, and they say it was due to Suspected violation of them. However no specific reason, what happened is that someone else appeared on cam before.
