    Dear Shirley,

    I am writing to You because of one of our performers (login Elissa19) was banned.
    That occured on SEP 21, 2016, and till today Chaturbate's support is ignoring us.
    They don't read my e-mails and always answer like a parrot with the same sentence. (auto-response?)
    The problem is huge and 420 characters aren't enough to describe it.
    Could You possibly give me Your e-mail to describe that?

    Tried multiple times to reach support via email without any response, my account has been flagged for some unknown reason to me. Cannot use any of the tokens I have earned from broadcasting.     Hey there, So me and my boyfriend "cbfuffer" who is also a verified broadcaster decided to work on my profile. So CB kicked my profile back into the unverified stages.     Hello, I am a long time broadcaster and supporter of chaterbate. My user name is Honered1. I recently found that I cannot broadcast, my chat messages are not being seen in any room and I cannot tip or start private shows. I have tried contacting support but it has been over a month now without a reply. Any help in this matter so that I can resume broadcasting would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi shirley, i have been banned because one user was tipping me too much, i had no idea why i got banned but i did not get my payouts of my hard work which was $ 5000 , CB support replied me so rudely. Can i get my payouts?

    For some reason I can no longer deposit tokens into my account. Epoch said the transaction was approved on their end but declined by chaturbate. Do you know what could be wrong?

    Shirley please can you have a look at username hihi2017. I have been with Chaturbate for a long time including an extended period in 2015 with no issues under a different handle hihi_forever. Unfortunately one day I decided to delete my account and I am banned and cannot re-sign up even with age verification. I'm 28 so this is particularly frustrating for me. Please if you have time can you help? Thanks!

    Hey Shirley Something seriously is wrong with my wire transfer. My bank confirmed it was resent but for some reason CB cant find it!. Support is having some trouble investigating where the wire went to. i believe they need to speak with their bank but they don't seem to be making any effort to do this and i have not received any payment for the month of August so far!! they have one cheque on the way via fedex.

    Hi shirley we are in big trouble really, we created our id in june and all was ok got 3 payouts too but suddenly on 24th aug it got blocked reason was not age verified but after few emails it was activated and all things were normal and we got an email too from support that it is active and will get payouts too but did not get any payout ..help pls

    hi, I have the same issue with my payoneeer account

    "You cannot connect Zmedianow to this Payoneer account. Please apply for a new Payoneer account through Zmedianow using a different email address." Also when we are trying to cashout our tokens it says that it is unable to do so. Many thanks.
